Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.

Our courier partners usually make two to three delivery attempts.

If the customer is unavailable at the provided address, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, we may re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.
7. Delays & Liability

Saddi Creations will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery-related issues.
8. International Shipping

International shipping may be introduced in the future, and the policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged, missing, or tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.

We will coordinate with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue (replacement/refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
