Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Saddi Creations, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how you can cancel an order and under what conditions refunds are processed.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support via email/phone.

  • Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • You cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period.

  • The product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable.

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product (proof required).

  • The product was not delivered due to courier issues and is returned to us.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable if:

  • The product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • The issue is related to slight color/print variation due to lighting or screen resolution (as minor differences are expected).

  • Customized or discounted (sale) items are purchased (unless defective).

  • The return request is made after 48 hours of product delivery.


4. Return Process

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Proof in the form of clear images/videos must be shared with our customer support team.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available) or request you to ship the item back.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


6. Exchange Policy

  • In case of size issues or wrong product delivery, exchanges may be offered (subject to stock availability).

  • If the desired replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.
