1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer support via email/phone.

Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

In case of successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the following cases:

You cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period.

The product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable.

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product (proof required).

The product was not delivered due to courier issues and is returned to us.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be applicable if:

The product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

The issue is related to slight color/print variation due to lighting or screen resolution (as minor differences are expected).

Customized or discounted (sale) items are purchased (unless defective).

The return request is made after 48 hours of product delivery.
4. Return Process

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Proof in the form of clear images/videos must be shared with our customer support team.

Once verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available) or request you to ship the item back.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy

In case of size issues or wrong product delivery, exchanges may be offered (subject to stock availability).

If the desired replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.
